Working Principle
The flue gas fan bushing is a sliding bearing sleeve installed between fan rotating shaft and fan housing / bearing seat. It forms a sliding friction pair with the rotating shaft.
Under high-temperature flue gas operation, the bushing bears radial load of fan rotor. Self-lubricating material releases solid lubricant during operation to form a continuous lubrication film between shaft and bushing inner surface. The lubricating film isolates metal direct contact, reduces friction, absorbs partial vibration, protects fan shaft and bearing housing from abrasion and seizure, and keeps the incinerator flue gas fan running smoothly in continuous operation.
Application Scenarios
Maintenance Instructions
1. Regular inspection: Check fan vibration, noise and bushing temperature every 1~3 months. Monitor temperature rise and abnormal noise.
2. Clear dust: Remove accumulated fly ash around bushing position regularly to avoid abrasive ash entering friction clearance.
3. Lubrication: For grease-type bushing, replenish high-temperature grease as maintenance schedule; Self-lubricating composite bushing does not need frequent refueling.
4. Wear measurement: Periodically measure clearance between shaft and bushing. Replace the bushing when clearance exceeds allowable limit.
5. Replacement: Stop & lock out fan before disassembly. Check fan shaft surface condition; if shaft is scratched, repair shaft before installing new bushing.
6. Storage: Keep spare bushing dry, avoid moisture, corrosion and deformation before installation.
Spare Parts & Accessories
We can supply full set fan spare parts matching incinerator flue gas fan together: fan shaft, impeller, bearing housing, mechanical seal, oil seal, gasket, expansion joint, wear plate, bolt kits, vibration pad.
We maintain spare inventory for common sizes, support emergency spare supply for incineration plant breakdown.
Acceptance Standard
1. Dimension inspection: ID, OD, length, tolerance verified by caliper / micrometer, comply with drawing or
sample.
2. Material test: Provide material certificate (MTC) on request; chemical composition & hardness test report
available.
3. Visual inspection: No crack, scratch, porosity, deformation on inner & outer surface.
4. Concentricity & roundness test: Meet drawing tolerance.
5. Pre-shipment inspection: Photos & inspection report can be sent before delivery.
6. Acceptance period: Buyer can inspect goods within 7 working days after receiving cargo.
FAQ
A: For high temp + fly ash flue gas, bimetal bronze bushing or graphite embedded bushing is recommended. If flue gas contains strong corrosive medium, PTFE composite high-temperature bushing will be better. Please provide working temperature, gas medium and fan speed for material recommendation.
